You will receive your reward within 10 working days from your claim date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
a. Vouchers & eWallet credit (where applicable):
- An email will be sent from our rewards partner which will contain a web link
- Click on the link for your reward details and refer to the steps provided to complete your redemption
- For Terms and Conditions and other information, please refer to the bottom of the web page
- If you encounter an error when adding your reward into the merchant's platform, please reach out to that merchant directly for assistance
b. Prepaid credit:
- You will receive an SMS to confirm the prepaid credit amount is added into your registered prepaid mobile number
- If you have not received it, please contact the mobile phone service operator for further assistance
